Join WAX Atelier and Jesture for a one-day lost wax casting workshop inspired by the history and nature of Abney Park.

Using beeswax developed from WAX Atelier’s candle production waste, you will learn to carve and sculpt your own amulet, charm, or pendant by hand, ready to be cast into silver or brass to last a lifetime.

Taking inspiration from the idyllic setting in Abney Park you’ll be introduced to the ancient art of lost wax casting and the history of jewellery as talismans and keepsakes.

You’ll also have the opportunity to cast foraged natural objects in wax and choose from a selection of silk cord chains for your final piece.
