Jesture Jewellery is made in the UK using recycled brass, silver, and gold. All precious metal items are hallmarked to guarantee authenticity. Each purchase comes with a polishing cloth to help you keep your pieces looking their best.
To maintain shine and avoid scratches, store your jewellery in its box or pouch when not being worn. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. Perfumes, harsh chemicals, and lotions and potions can dull your jewellery, so it's best to use them before putting your jewellery on.
Brass naturally oxidises over time and with contact to skin, which can give it a darker tone. To keep it bright:
- Polish regularly with a polishing cloth.
- For a deeper clean, use a soft toothbrush with warm water and mild soap (washing up liquid does the trick), then dry thoroughly.
Silver can tarnish slightly over time, especially when not worn. To refresh it:
- Use a polishing cloth to restore shine.
- Clean with mild soap and water when needed, then dry completely.
Gold is low-maintenance but benefits from occasional care:
- Gently buff with a polishing cloth to keep its natural glow.
