Shipping

Jesture currently offers UK shipping only, and all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed.

• Items marked as “ready-to-ship” will be dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
• Items marked as “made-to-order” are handcrafted after the order is placed and will be shipped within 4–6 weeks. During busy periods or for intricate pieces, lead times may be slightly longer.

If you need an item urgently, please get in touch before placing your order.

Please note: Jesture cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen parcels once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are non-refundable.

If you wish to request an exchange, please contact info@jesturejewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Jesture does not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Earrings (in line with hygiene best practices)
• Made-to-order or bespoke pieces

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

To avoid the need for exchanges—especially for rings—please double-check your size before ordering. You can confirm your ring size at a local jeweller or by ordering a ring sizer online.
