Jesture Jewellery does not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings (in line with hygiene best practices)

  • Made-to-order or bespoke pieces

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

To help avoid exchanges—particularly for rings—please double-check your size before ordering. You can confirm your ring size at a local jeweller or by purchasing an inexpensive ring sizer online.
